The best design was 13.369790% by Shish of Team Free-DC
The lattice simulated a solenoid channel only, comprising up to 34 solenoids. The design as tested comprised 116 parameters, meaning that there were 10348 permutations, and 4.71Million of these were tested totaling some 863,000,000 Million particle timesteps (Mpts). It is identical to SolenoidsOnly, except the last solenoid has it's radius fixed at 15cm (hence the name) which is also why it is one parameter (the final radius) less.
This is the 'best' design as recreated in v4.45. Some modification to the lattice was needed to add a backend, as earlier clients had this hard-coded.
