USTR 301 Submission 2011

As I mentioned yesterday, the deadline for the USTR Special 301 was today, in fact it just closed. So I thought I'd share my submissions with you, of course.


I got it in just in time, and, due to a round of sick kids, I didn't get to spend as much time on it as I wanted, which is why it's only 1800 words, but it *IS* in.

As usual, I'm posting the file as well. so here it is, and enjoy.
